What is your current job?
My job is to make a woodworking drill (commonly known as a gymne). We are latheing the first process out of 10 processes. We are in charge of molding, which is the most important basic part of gymne work.
What is the rewarding part of your work and the real thrill of your work?
When the product is completed, there is a sense of accomplishment when developing new products and completing difficult processing.
What are you aware of when you work?
We value communication with our peers in order to work within the company organization. Steady work is an integral part of any job, and it is about motivating yourself. In the manufacturing industry, it is a prerequisite to keep the contents of deliverables and delivery dates, and a sense of responsibility is the most important.
What is the fun of the holidays?
My hobby is badminton. I have been playing badminton since I was a student, and on holidays I participate in badminton practice and games with my friends. I also participate in national competitions in the adult league.
What are your goals and goals?
Since we are a company that can challenge anything, I would like to increase my knowledge and study, and also challenge new product development and difficult processing.
What made you join the company?
I wanted to spend my holidays playing badminton, which is my hobby, so I chose our company because Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are closed.
